ADULT PRIVATE PARTIES
We can accommodate parties of up to 50 adults (ages 18+) and require a minimum of 10 people (20 people if on a Friday or Saturday evening).  Parties run for 2 to 3 hours, depending on the chosen painting.  You provide the food & drinks, we provide the glasses, paper goods, utensils.  The best part – we clean up the mess!

The price for an adult private party is $35 or $45 per person (depending on the chosen painting).

Once the party has been booked and the painting selected, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to the guests, which they can then go online and individually pay and register for the private party, or the host/hostess may instead pay with one payment for the party.

Guests should arrive 15 minutes early to check-in, grab an apron, uncork and pour, and get settled into their seats.

7 Day Cancellation Policy (amended March 8, 2018):
We require a $100 deposit and a credit card to hold a private party reservation.  If you need to cancel your private party, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance for the $100 deposit to be refunded.  If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, the $100 deposit will not be refunded.  If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice OR if you do not notify us of cancellation and are a no-show to the party, an additional $150 will be charged to the credit card we have on file, no exceptions.  If the minimum attendance requirement is not met, the credit card will be charged the remaining balance to meet the minimum.

KIDS PARTIES
We can accommodate parties of up to 25 kids (ages 6-17) and require a minimum of 10 people.  Kids parties can be any day of the week, but must end by 5:30pm.  Kids parties run for 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the package shown below.  You provide the food & drinks, we provide the glasses, paper goods, utensils.  The best part – we clean up the mess!

The details for a kids private party are as follows:

  • Party Package A (recommended for ages 6+):
    • 2.5 hour party (1.5 hour painting/1 hour party)
    • $25 painting selection
    • Minimum requirement of 10 painters ($250)
    • Each additional painter after is $20 each
  • Party Package B (recommended for ages 12+):
    • 3 hour party (2 hour painting/1 hour party)
    • $35 painting selection
    • Minimum requirement of 10 painters ($350)
    • Each additional painter is $25 each
  • Party Package C (recommended for ages 12+):
    • 4 hour party (3 hour painting/1 hour party)
    • $45 painting selection
    • Minimum requirement of 10 painters ($450)
    • Each additional painter is $30 each
